All of us experience stressful periods in
our lives at one time or another. Counseling
services are designed to assist students deal
with personal concerns that might interfere
with their academic work at Anoka-Ramsey Community
College. |
These services are offered free of charge to currently
enrolled students and can be accessed by making

In the course of providing counseling to students,
many are referred to appropriate community resources.

to local services as needed. Problems dealt with
include family conflicts, suicide, pregnancy, abuse,

Spanish speaking services are provided. As this
is a national hotline, there can be some delay before
speaking with an intervention specialist.
