Follow These Easy Steps

1. Complete the e-application online. Under “Please select a major of interest”/"Intended Major”, select “Minnesota Transfer Curriculum – No Degree”
   
   
2. Under "Educational Intent" select:
   
   (1) Complete courses, but not a degree; or
   (2) Complete courses and transfer without a degree.
   
   Please note: students enrolled in the Express Summer Registration Program are not eligible for financial aid at Anoka-Ramsey Community College.
   
   
3. Pay the application fee online
   
   
4. Student ID and PIN are mailed the following business day. No orientation is required.
   
   
5. Placement testing may be required for some courses if a student has not completed college level English or math and received a grade of C or lower. If you took the Accuplacer placement tests at another institution, please fax your test scores to the Records Office at 763.433.1401 or 763.433.1841
   
   
6. Students who need to prove prerequisite course work can download and complete the form and fax it along with unofficial transcripts to the Records Office at 763.433.1401 or 763.433.1841. (Note: You do not need to send an official transcript for this purpose)
   
   When the information has been reviewed and approved, you will receive an e-mail to register online for the course(s) that require prerequisites.
